What is the best time to write in your Gratitude Diary?

Before going to sleep is a good idea, as it will get you in a positive frame of mind, for a better night’s sleep, free from worries or stress.

First thing in the morning has its advantages too, as you will start your whole day off well and attract more things, situations and people to be grateful for. This improves your memory too, as you need to think back on yesterday, which is what you’ll mainly be writing about.

I’ve tried both, and personally prefer the morning, however, what ever time is best for your schedule, is the best for you. It doesn’t really matter – it’s keeping your gratitude diary EVERY DAY that is important, not the time of day.
