Happiness is a Journey, not a Destination

Most people believe that when they have what they want, THEN they will be happy.

This is NOT TRUE, in fact, the opposite is true.

The more we are grateful for what we have NOW, the more the Universe responds with giving us more to be grateful for.

Since the Universe only responds to your vibrations, having a vibration of appreciation and gratitude is what the Universe will send back to you.

We must however, FEEL the appreciation and not just say the words. By feeling the emotion of appreciation we are sending out the vibration. By just saying the words we are not sending out the vibration.

Keeping a Gratitude Diary for a month will help you achieve this, and will return good things to you ten-fold. It will transform your life!

Gratitude is so powerful for creating a happy, joyful, abundant life.

Remember, happiness is a journey, not a destination.
